Bree Hann is a Partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP in San Francisco where her practice combines intellectual property and antitrust litigation and counseling, class action defense, and other complex commercial litigation matters. Bree has also represented pro bono clients in a variety of matters, including leading a recent successful asylum trial and winning summary judgment for the NAACP and Coalition for Economic Equity in a civil rights action, and has worked extensively on the firm’s election protection efforts. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and is involved with the ABA’s Antitrust Section, including its Federal Civil Enforcement subgroup. Bree is also the hiring partner for Bingham's Northern California region.
She graduated order of the coif from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2001 where she was co-editor-in- chief of the Berkeley Women's Law Journal and a member of the California Law Review. From 2005–06, Bree clerked for the Hon. Lewis A. Kaplan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
